Overview

A modern web application for managing job opportunities and employment applications at the Institute of Mathematics of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The platform streamlines the entire hiring pipeline from posting to applicant management.

The Challenge

The institute managed job postings through static pages and processed applications via email — leading to lost applications, inconsistent formatting, and no centralized tracking for open positions.

Our Solution

We delivered a Next.js frontend with a Nest.js API backend, backed by PostgreSQL. The system provides a public-facing job board with structured application forms, and an internal admin panel for managing postings, reviewing candidates, and tracking pipeline stages.
